Great location and easy flat walking distance to the beach and main streets of Penzance. Very friendly and welcoming local hosts, generous with local knowledge and assistance. Quiet place to stay with comfortable beds, nice room and excellent reconditioned bathroom. On street parking only, but I didn't have any problems with parking close to this B&B.

Brilliant B&B, stayed for 3 nights - comfortable bed, room cleaned daily, hot shower, tea/coffee/biscuits in room daily topped up. Breakfast was superb, plentiful & lots of choice. Nigel was extremely accommodating, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend & return

A really nice place, the owners are really polite, really friendly and very helpful, the room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of variety for breakfast from fruit, cereals, etc upto a very nice Full English. All in all excellent. Would book again and would recommend.
Lovely clean bright rooms, friendly hosts with helpful suggestions on the local areas. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Only on street parking but we managed to park within 100 yards every day (mid July).
